We work alongside our clients as a trusted HR partner, supporting day-to-day HR and labor matters, social and labor insurance filings, payroll, and foreign employment.
We also provide support in English and serve as an External Auditor for Supervising Support Organizations under Japan’s Employment for Skill Development Program.

Hello, and welcome. I’m the founder of CONNECT Labor and Social Security Attorney Office. Having worked in HR at a foreign-affiliated company and lived abroad myself, I understand the challenges of working across language and culture. I support foreign-employing companies and international employees in Japan, building workplaces people can trust — English support and “Yasashii Nihongo” available.
